Put the gene frequency for the recessive gene

Examples:
If a recessive disease gene occur with a frequency of .005, 99 percent of the 
diseases would be in families where both parents are normal healthy individuals.
Questions:
Which mating type produce the highest number of heterozygotic offspring when the
gene frequency p = .8  or .4 in a random mating population.
